BANcongwane Incorporated (“the Company”) also known as BAN Inc has a 100% black women shareholding and was founded in 2018 with the sole intention of developing business solutions and providing integrated employee health and wellness services (psycho-social therapy and counselling services), training and development, occupational therapy services, and consulting services to local government, government departments, parastatals and private companies to meet their daily human resource and logistical operational needs.
BAN Inc has as such identified employee health and wellness (psycho-social therapy and counselling services), training and development, lifestyle management skills, occupational therapy services, coaching and consulting services, as a requisite tool in the development and management of organizations. BAN Inc unequivocally regards the mentioned services as human resources development skill, which requires pre-emptive intervention.
BAN INC has already established a client base within the North West and Free State provinces and on small scale in other provinces and since its establishment the company has grown from strength to strength. This has been reached through commitment, passion for our work, perseverance and customer focus. We intend to expand our company services to other provinces in South Africa.

Boitumelo Agrineth (Tumi) Ncongwane-Mmono: Boitumelo has degrees in B.Soc Science (Social Work: Honours), Completed Theory/Course Work in Masters in Employee Assistance Programme. She has intensive experience in clinical counselling and psychotherapy. She is a member of EAPA and is registered with the professional bodies as a Social Worker (SACSSP No: 10-16690), Private Practitioner (BHF Practice no 0890000011827), and an EWP Specialist. Boitumelo has a sound academic and practical knowledge of Employee Health & Wellness Programmes.
Boitumelo as she prefers to be known has worked in both the public and corporate world for many years and ran a successful private practice since 1999 to date. She has been consulting as an EAP Consultant within several companies and specialized in psycho-therapy and counselling including trauma debriefing and management. She is an Employee Wellness Consultant and have been contracted to well renowned EWP Service Providers (Carewaysgroup, Icas, Lifeassist-Traumassist, Qualsa Metropolitan, Mbabazi Consulting, Ndawo Wellness and Pro-Active Health Solutions) as an accredited field affiliate/therapist.
Boitumelo has developed and presented appropriate training programmes (individually and as part of the team) and ensured the implementation of good clinical services by other therapist. Her area of speciality centres on human dynamic related to transition management and maximising human potential. This experience ensures that Boitumelo possesses the ability to train and facilitate groups of people with ease and confidence. Boitumelo holds vast experience in consulting.
Boitumelo also possesses skills and expertise in HIV/AIDS Counselling and Training, Generic and Skills Training and Facilitation, Policy Formulation, Program Design, Workshop and Seminar Facilitation, Coaching, Motivational Speaking, and Mentorship.
